About the role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to become an integral part of our compact yet dynamic AI team. We are a young organization so you you'll have a unique chance to play a pivotal role in scaling our operations from the ground up.
You will be responsible for end-to-end AI-powered solutions delivery. This includes the initial discovery phase, crafting proposals, designing the architecture, and ultimately, launching fully developed products into production. Our mission is to empower our clients to solve challenges by harnessing the power of AI and automation.

Must-have skills
- Experience with AI / ML product development - we will want to see what you have built
- Strong Python development experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with a startup mindset
- Deep understanding of issues and opportunities of applying Generative AI in a business context
- Very strong communication skills in Polish and English
- Experience with working with clients from Poland and US during the presale stage
- Experience developing and deploying production software
- A history of solving hard problems with creative solutions
- CI/CD tools knowledge and experience, familiarity working in a DevOps environment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues and clients
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in Python, data modeling, development, and deployment of Data and Analytics products
- Experience with LLM models usage and implementations
- Experience with Elasticsearch, MosaicML, PyTorch, OpenAI, Hugging Face
- Experience in Agile, CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
- Testing (e.g. PyTest, Playwright) & mocking, static code analysis (e.g. Sonarqube), source control management tools (e.g. GitHub)
- GCP/Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge (including load balancing, autoscaling, firewalls, authentication)
- Experience with AI/ML products and model pipelines and deployment processes
- Logging and monitoring technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Problem-solving skills in a complex cloud environment
