We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our nimble and growing AI consulting team. As a young and vibrant company, this position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact our growth and scale our operations from the ground up.
In this role, you will work directly with founders, focusing on generating quality sales opportunities through strategic outreach. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting the closing of deals with new clients, driving our business forward, and shaping the future of our company.
Areas of responsibilities
Prospecting and Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and engage leads through diligent research, strategic networking, and targeted cold outreach. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline that consistently drives our sales goals forward.
Client Relationship Expert: Forge strong and enduring connections with potential clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor while deeply understanding their unique business needs.
Solutions Developer: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design compelling, tailored proposals and skillfully negotiate contracts to provide optimal solutions for both the client and our company.
Data-Driven Strategist: Utilize sales performance metrics to identify areas for process enhancement. Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends and advancements in AI to guide strategic decisions.
Market Analyst: Regularly deliver insightful updates to the leadership team regarding market dynamics, competitive positioning, and sales outcomes, contributing to informed decision-making and strategy development.

Build skills and experience to become an Account Manager / Sales Manager in the future
Must-have skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent English (C1 minimum)
Strong knowledge of AI solutions and its landscape
Strong organizational and time management skills
Full ownership and accountability for delivering results
Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required
A positive attitude and a drive to reach and exceed performance targets (30+ Sales Qualified Leads monthly)
Experience using CRM and outbound support apps (Apollo, Waalaxy) is a plus
